CPC TRAINING SERVICES
Courses can be booked by email, by text or by telephone. We will ask for your name, your address and your telephone number in order to take the booking. We ask you to book your place at least 7 days before the course. Shorter notice bookings are accepted subject to availability. The course arrangements will be confirmed back to you by the same method. Courses can be cancelled by phone or email no later than 24 hours before the start time of the booked course without a cancellation fee. If having booked to attend a course, you then fail to attend without prior cancellation, the full cost of the course will be payable. In this case we will recover this, and any subsequent costs via appropriate methods.
Payment is made on the day or in advance on line and a receipt will be issued. Payment for courses must be made on the day of the course or in advance in cash or on line. We do not accept cheques. If payment is not made on the day of the course, we will not record/upload attendance on the course in the CPC recording database, until payment is completed. Under the terms of our Government Registration we are limited to 5 days in which to complete the recording/uploading of course attendances. Should payment not be completed within 5 days of attending a course we will not be responsible for any losses caused by recording/uploading of that course not being completed.
